With over 15 years of experience in water and sanitation governance, Sareen focuses on empowering stakeholders—including civil society, governments, and the private sector—to engage meaningfully in improving WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) services and sustainable water management. Trained as a lawyer, Sareen has been widely published and has contributed to the development of governance tools, policies, and practices for both governmental and non-governmental actors in the water and sanitation field.
