Video: Somalia drought threatens mass starvation as aid slows down

Somalia has declared a national drought emergency, after a lack of rainfall left more than two million people at risk of hunger and starvation. Al Jazeera’s Catherine Soi has been speaking with displaced people struggling to survive as aid agencies cut their budgets.
