Hong Kong begins three-day mourning period after deadly high-rise fire

Hong Kong began a three-day mourning period on Saturday, after at least 128 people were killed in fires at a high-rise apartment complex. Officials held a three-minute silence as residents laid flowers near the towers. Authorities say around 200 people are still missing.
